Christina Hall is looking back at the memories she created in the Tennessee home she’s selling amid her divorce from estranged husband Josh Hall.
The Flip or Flop alum’s realtor, Kelly Dougherty, shared a video of the Leiper’s Fork farmhouse on Instagram on Tuesday, October 8. Christina, 41, reflected on living in the house in a comment, writing, “Bittersweet … this was an amazing home.”
The video offered an inside look at the 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom house, which spans 5,000 square feet and features a three-car garage. Some of the home’s amenities include a wood-burning fireplace, pool, hot tub, storm shelter, barn and more.
“Open & Bright Kitchen with double ovens, gas range, appliance garage, inset cabinetry, paneled dishwasher & tiled backsplash,” the caption read. “Massive Laundry room with cabinets, sink & hanging space. Generous owner’s retreat with his/her closets & oversized bathroom with tiled shower & freestanding tub.”
The home is on the market for $4.5 million, according to the post.
Christina announced that she was selling the Franklin, Tennessee, farmhouse on October 3 via her Instagram Stories.
“My Tennessee home is officially for sale,” she wrote alongside a photo of the house and a link to the listing. “Excited for a new venture in business & real estate.”
Christina purchased the home in February 2021 before she and Josh, 44, began dating. It famously served as the setting for her show Christina in the Country in 2023. After the TV personality and the Texas-based realtor filed for divorce in July, they reached an agreement that Josh could live at the farmhouse as long as the home was not being rented out.
In another slide on her Stories, Christina appeared to throw shade at Josh as she stated that he would have to remove “Leiper’s Fork” from his social media bio.
“Time to go back to reality,” she wrote. “Remember when you said you would never steal from me or my kids and you would just be happy in a van with your dog. I guess plans changed.”
The real estate investor continued, “All about trying to take everything you can … with your mind on my money and my money on your mind … bye.”
Christina was seemingly referring to the $35,000 in rental income that she alleged Josh transferred to his personal bank account one day after their separation on July 8. “I am asking for Josh to account for the funds taken and return them to me as those funds are specifically used to pay any loans, obligations, property taxes, insurance, and maintenance for these rental properties,” she said in court documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight on July 24.
Josh claimed that the money was to pay for expenses associated with the property, and he claimed he was responsible for the bills for the home.
The exes came to an agreement in September that stated Josh would return that amount to Christina and she would control all finances associated with the rental, according to court documents obtained by People.
Christina also agreed to pay Josh $100,000 to use for bills and attorney fees, and she took full possession of their Newport Beach home and their Eve luxury condominiums in Nashville, Tennessee.
“Josh Hall has no comment about this matter,” a spokesperson for Josh told Us Weekly on September 6. “He hopes to resolve these matters in private, not through the press.”
